Can you help if I live outside California?

Yes. Freedom Path Legal assists clients nationwide in immigration matters. Federal district-court and circuit-court representation depends on the relevant court and attorney admission requirements.

What should I share in my first message?

Send only your name, contact details, general type of case, current location, whether anyone is detained, and any known deadline. Do not send confidential documents or a detailed case history until an attorney asks for them.

Does contacting the firm create an attorney-client relationship?

No. A relationship begins only after the firm accepts the matter and both sides enter into a written engagement agreement.

Are consultations available in Russian?

Yes. Dmitry Voronov and Ivan Okolelov provide consultations in English and Russian. Marcus Davis provides consultations in English.

Do you provide certified translations?
